“You & me & walks in the park…that’s what spring time is all about”
This is my layout entry into the Merly Impressions and Challenge Yourself competition (cutting it fine in both cases…I know). There’s not much time for scrapbooking for me at the moment, a very energetic 14 month old and work and family life leaves very little time for anything else! But hey ho….it hasn’t stopped me from taking pictures of it all so when I do manage to find some time, at least I’ll have hundreds (yes hundreds…) of pictures to choose from!
Here is my layout….
The Merly Challenge has a spring theme this month, and I just loved these pictures of me and my little boy going for a walk in Sherwood forest on one of the first sunny days in spring! I used the sketch from Challenge Yourself, where the aim of the game was motherhood and any females in your life. There’s not too many females in my life but for me this is what motherhood is all about, spending time with my little boy, who is my best achievement so far! Here is the sketch:
